NEC believes that through experience, intelligent design, and future thinking, electric power can be generated from the huge amounts of solid waste that plaque many of the worlds communities, as well as from landfill gases that, if left untapped, will emit toxins into the air people breathe. We believe that strategically placed concentrated solar thermal installations would not only reduce the pollution that goes into land, water and air, but would increase power availability while making significant contributions towards a greener planet, healthier living, and stronger economies.
